Abstract
In this course, we will trace the decline of empire colonialism and the rise of neo-imprerialism and globalization in a selection of post WWII novels to considr how modern constructions of "nation" "development" "history" "identity" and "self" are interrogated and revised in texts from a range of approaches from postmodern to post colonial feminist and teh literature of globalization.
