Abstract
The Rev. Robert Price graduated from Oakland College in Mississippi in 1849 with a Bachalor of Arts. He studied at the Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. After graduation, he returned to Mississippi and held several Presbyterian pastorates. In 1882 he became Chair of History at SPU and in 1885, Ecclesiastical history was added to this chair.
