Abstract
This is a print of Robert Andrew Parker's lithograph Proboscis Monkey. It is of a bird-like animal in black and white printed on a yellow background. Underneath the image has the title in yellow "PROBOSCIS MONKEY" and in black some ineligible writing and underneath also in black "Robert Andrew Parker [...] Lithographs [...] December 5-30 1967 [...] Dintenfass Inc [...] 18 East 67 NYC". The back shows resemblance to how it was mailed after it was folded in fourths. In the lower-left quadrant on the left-hand side reads in black ink "Terry Dintenfass Inc / 18 E 67 NYC 10021", in the center reads "MR MARTIN SHAINBERG / 3853 50 GALLOWAY / MEMPHIS TENN 38111", and there is a paid postage stamp at the upper right side. The top of the back reads "Robert Andrew Parker" written in blue pen.
