Abstract
This letter from HM Farrington provides further details on the conflict between D. Cockrell and Robertson Topp. The letter also mentions Mrs. Topp. This letter along with the other from 1866 show the result of the conflict between Topp and Cockrell, who leased the Gayoso Hotel.
