Abstract
Description
Episcopal priest Colenzo Hubbard shares his experience of working with Cleaborn Homes residents for the past 22 years. He and his wife founded the Emmanuel Center, which hosts a variety of programs benefiting the community. He talks about the influx of gangs, drugs, and violence but says that crime has dwindled over the past decade.
