Abstract
Description
This is an interview with Christine Gale, a homemaker who dedicated her time to rearing her children, teaching them what was instilled in her as a child. She grew up in the Arkansas Delta with her grandparents, who worked as sharecroppers. In the interview she describes racial attitudes of her grandparents and other members of her community.
