Abstract
Description
This is an interview with Vanessa Tucker in which she describes her time raising her two sons while living in Cleaborn Homes for about five years. She describes the local Church programs and block parties that she took her sons to, and how she wished more initiatives like those were carried out for the children. She also discusses the difficulties of trying to raise two sons during a time of escalating gang and drug activity at Cleaborn, and how she did her best to keep them safe and away from negative influences.
