Abstract
Commissioned by the UrbanArt Commission, this mural features over sixty panels that collectively tell the history of the Frayser-Raleigh area. It is located on James Road, in the underpass at Scenic Highway. The panels are bright, contemporary, and show a variety of content, from simple shapes to portraits to landscapes.
Description
