Abstract
Plaque inscription:"Edward B. LeMaster (1859 - 1944) Memorial Gateway. Instrumental in bringing Southwestern to Memphis and later Chairman of its Board of Directors, member of the City Council, church elder, and an active realtor of this city for over sixty years. 'He had planned in all cases not only for the immediate present, but for the future.' The Hon. Charles N. Burgh."
