Abstract
January 28th, 1930, being the date for the regular annual meeting of the Board of Directors, President Chas. E. Diehl and Dr. Moore Moore, S ecretary, met in the Directors' Room, Palmer Hall. There was no quorum present, and the meeting was declared adjourned for one week to February 4th, 1930.
