Abstract
This is a print of Derain's The Blue Oak which features a landscape with foreground of shrubbery and a large tree and a background of fields and hills. There is no artist's signature on the print. In the bottom left below the print reads ""THE BLUE OAK" by DERAIN", in the center reads "PRIVATE COLLECTION" and the right reads "�1937 NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR ART APPRECIATION". There are holes in all of the corners from previous hanging.
