Abstract
In this course, you will be exposed to research in the field of justice‐seeking. This course will help you learn the basic principles of experimental methodologies used in psychology and apply the methodologies in a real setting. In addition, you will become very familiar with the current literature in the area of justice‐seeking. You will be involved in a hands‐on research project dealing with the psychology of justice‐seeking from inception through completion. You will critically evaluate research studies and you will utilize your knowledge to conduct a research experiment (devise a research question, concoct a study methodology, run subjects, collect data, analyze results, and disseminate findings). In addition, you will assist OTHER members of the class as they grapple with the nuts and bolts of their own research projects. THIS CLASS IS A GROUP EFFORT.
