Description
This is an interview with Dr. Jim Lanier, who is a retired professor of History at Rhodes College. He was teaching at Rhodes during the Sanitation Workers Strike in Memphis, TN. In this clip, Lanier shares his experience marching in downtown Memphis after the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, and his feelings at that time.
