Abstract: This image is of a Native American Gan dancer (See image 2017X-007). The figure is black and white with a star on his chest and a zigzag on both arms. He is wearing a U-shaped headdress that is also black and white. He is holding black and white swords in both hands and has orange ribbons tied on both of his upper arms. The ribbons have four black and white feathers attached to them. The figure is wearing a tan skirt with several stripes of fringe and a belt. He also is wearing patterned moccasin boots and a red bandana over his mouth. The image has a white window mat and a black frame. This image has been reframed, see notes.
Description: This object was photographed and inventoried during summer 2017 by Jane Esklidsen '19 and Reagan Alley '18. It was uploaded to DLynx during fall 2018.
