Abstract: A small, shiny, copper coin in good condition. On the obverse is a bust of Delmatius facing right with the inscription FL DELMATIVS NOB C.O and on the reverse is two soldiers standing on either side of a roman standard with the inscription GLORIA EXERCITVS. There is a mint mark from thessalonica that reads SMTSA. This coin dates from 335 to 337 CE.
Description: This coin was acquired by the College on March 23, 2015 as part of a donation by Auben Gray Burkhart, a longtime friend of the College. The coin was digitized and added to DLynx by the Visual Resources Center during summer 2016.
