Description
Here, Tennessee attorney Thomas R. Prewitt Sr. recounts representing the city of Memphis in Watson v. Memphis and the extreme tension of the late 1960s. He also talks about what he sees as the failure of the local and federal government to make proactive legislation that would aid the African American community.
